   * For apt 0.7.25.1 or later, /etc/apt/trusted.gpg* includes a dir /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d, therefore in /helpers/lh_chroot_sourcc we need to use "cp -rf" when copying /etc/apt/trusted.gpg*.
   * Bug fixed: When "--bootstrap cdebootstrap" and "--bootstrap-flavour minimal" was used, the /sbin/start-stop-daemon in filesystem.squashfs was not the real start-stop-daemon (lh_chroot_dpkg).
