4.0 Service Pack 3 from:

NOTE: When you choose to download the 128-bit version of the Service Pack,


the file that is saved to your hard disk is Nph-ntfinal.pl. To


successfully install the Service Pack, save the file as 128sp3.exe. If you


have already downloaded the file as Nph-ntfinal.pl, rename it to


128sp3.exe and then execute it.
