This command has the format: \bottommargin{uu} where "uu" is any unit of TeX measurement (pt, pc, in, etc.) or number of lines. The default bottom margin is one inch, or \bottommargin{1IN}. This command may only appear at the beginning of the TeX input file before any actual text is entered. In order to change the bottom margin from the default of one inch to one-half inch, you would enter: \bma{.5in} Which would give you one-half inch between the last line of text on the page and the bottom of the page.
