Reduces the occurrence of the “no room for a new \dimen” problem that sometimes bothers users PiCTeX (especially when they are also using LaTeX).

Note that the package pictexwd performs a similar function; the problem will almost never arise if an e-TeX user uses the etex package to provide extra registers.

M-pictex is part of the ConTeXt system; extract it from the file cont-tmf.zip in the ConTeXt distribution.
