Node usage

The LinearDiscriminantPrediction node in SciCraft has the following node arguments:

Input ports:

• rule: The classification rule made from LinearDiscriminantAnalysis, i.e the R object return from LDA.
• Xin: Matrix or vector containing the values for the prediction sample. A vector will be interpreted as a row vector.

Input arguments:

none

Output ports:

predobjects: Vector containing the predicted classes of the input data matrix Xin
